13. Termination

These Terms are written in English, which shall be the controlling language for all purposes. In case of any translation, the English version shall prevail. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.

The relationship between Hope Heights Developers Ltd. and our clients is that of independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between the parties.
